سياسة الوصول الحر (Open Access Policy)

المجلة الأمريكية الدولية للعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية

تلتزم المجلة بتعزيز المعرفة الإنسانية والاجتماعية من خلال تبني سياسة الوصول الحر الشامل. نحن نؤمن بأن إتاحة نتائج البحوث العلمية للجمهور مجاناً وبلا قيود يساهم في تبادل الأفكار وتطوير المجتمعات بشكل أسرع وأكثر عدلاً.

نظام النشر

تعتمد المجلة نظام الوصول الحر الفوري؛ حيث تتوفر جميع المقالات والأبحاث المقبولة للنشر على موقع المجلة الإلكتروني فور صدورها، دون الحاجة للاشتراك أو دفع رسوم مقابل القراءة أو التحميل.

ترخيص المشاع الإبداعي (CC BY-SA 4.0)

تخضع جميع الأعمال المنشورة في المجلة لرخصة المشاع الإبداعي: نسب المصنف – الترخيص بالمثل (Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International). وتتضمن هذه الرخصة الحقوق التالية:

المشاركة: يسمح بنسخ وتوزيع المادة في أي وسيط أو تنسيق.
التكييف: يسمح بإعادة المزج، والتحويل، والبناء على المادة لأي غرض، حتى لو كان تجارياً.
بموجب الشروط التالية:
- نسب المصنف: يجب عليك إعطاء الائتمان المناسب (ذكر اسم المؤلف، اسم المجلة، ورابط البحث).
- الترخيص بالمثل: إذا قمت بإعادة مزج أو تعديل المادة، يجب عليك توزيع مساهماتك بموجب نفس الرخصة الأصلية (CC BY-SA).

حقوق المؤلف

يحتفظ المؤلفون بحقوق الطبع والنشر (Copyright) كاملةً دون قيود.
يمنح المؤلف المجلة “رخصة نشر أولى”، مع السماح للجمهور بالانتفاع من العمل حسب رخصة CC BY-SA المذكورة أعلاه.

The journal is committed to advancing human and social science knowledge through a comprehensive open access policy. We believe that making scientific research freely and without restrictions available to the public contributes to faster and more equitable exchange of ideas and societal development.

Publication System

The journal operates on an immediate open access system. All accepted articles and research papers are available on the journal’s website immediately upon publication, without the need for subscription or payment for reading or downloading.

All works published in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license. This license includes the following rights:

Sharing: You may copy and distribute the material in any medium or format.

Adapting: You may remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

Subject to the following conditions:
Attribution: You must give appropriate credit (citing the author’s name, the journal’s name, and a link to the original work).

The author grants the magazine a “first-class license,” allowing the public to use the work under the CC BY-SA license mentioned above.
